Do you offer a warranty?

• Yes, we offer a one year warranty for repair and service of our designer phones. This does not include the cost of parts, should any be required.

How much does shipment cost?

Can you ship via FEDEX or DHL?

• No, unfortunately the nature of the product makes it impossible to ship via these carriers.

Are your gold replica phones made of real pure gold?

• They are electroplated with real gold to a thickness of 8-12 microns (Mil-G-45204 gold plating specification). The metal used for the phones on which the gold is plated, is high grade stainless steel, or ultra lightweight aluminium alloy, depending on the model of phone you select. The appearance, weight and feel is the same as real solid gold itself.
